at44 Terms & Conditions — Know Your Rights and Responsibilities

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document and all associated policies published on the at44 platform:

• "Platform" refers to at44, the online betting and gaming service accessible at https://at44.io, including all sub-pages, features, and associated services.
• "Player" / "You" refers to any individual who registers an account or uses any service provided by at44.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created on the at44 platform following completion of the registration and KYC verification process.
• "Bet" / "Wager" refers to any stake placed by a Player on a sporting event, casino game, or other wagering market available on the Platform.
• "Finance / Wallet" refers to the at44 account balance and payment management system, through which Players deposit, withdraw, and manage funds in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka, ৳).
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback offer, or other incentive granted by at44 to a Player under specific conditions.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process required by at44 before a Player may withdraw funds or access certain platform features.
• "BST" refers to Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the time zone used for all Platform operations, offer deadlines, and support hours.

To create and maintain a valid at44 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. at44 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and will request proof of age during KYC verification. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 will be closed immediately and any remaining balance forfeited.
• You must be a natural person (i.e., an individual human being). Corporate entities, automated bots, and third-party agents may not register accounts.
• You must register using accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.
• You are permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on at44. Duplicate accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, are prohibited and may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of funds.
• You must not be self-excluded or otherwise prohibited from using online gambling services under any applicable agreement, court order, or regulatory restriction.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your place of residence.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your at44 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-step verification codes associated with your account.

• You must not share your account credentials with any other person. at44 will treat all activity conducted through your account as having been authorised by you, regardless of whether a third party accessed your account with or without your knowledge.
• You must notify at44 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party. Prompt reporting may limit your liability for unauthorised transactions.
• at44 strongly recommends enabling two-step OTP verification in your account security settings. Players who do not enable this feature accept a higher degree of personal risk with respect to unauthorised access.
• at44 will never request your password via live chat, email, or any other communication channel. Any message purporting to be from at44 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
• You must use a unique, strong password for your at44 account that is not reused from other online services. at44 is not liable for losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain adequate password security.

All financial transactions on at44 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳, BDT). The Platform supports deposits and withdrawals through the following approved methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and Dutch-Bangla Bank.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account balance.
• Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are processed instantly under normal operating conditions. Card and bank transfer deposits may take 1–3 business hours depending on the issuing institution.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–4 hours to mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) following successful KYC verification. at44 does not impose arbitrary withdrawal holds beyond those required for fraud prevention or pending KYC review.
• All payment methods used for deposits must be registered in the Player's own name. at44 will not process withdrawals to accounts belonging to third parties. Attempting to use a third-party payment method is grounds for account suspension.
• at44 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts above standard thresholds or in circumstances that suggest unusual activity.
• at44 does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees directly; however, your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own transaction fees, for which at44 accepts no responsibility.
• Funds held in your at44 Finance / Wallet are held solely for wagering purposes and are not interest-bearing. at44 does not act as a bank or financial institution.

All bets placed on at44 are subject to the following general betting rules, in addition to any sport-specific or game-specific rules published on the relevant section of the Platform.

• A bet is confirmed and binding at the moment at44 issues a bet confirmation reference. Players are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all bet details (selection, stake, odds) before confirming.
• at44 reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted due to a manifest technical error, an incorrectly displayed price, or circumstances beyond the Platform's reasonable control (e.g., data feed failure). Voided bets are returned to the Player's wallet at stake value.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and may vary by market, sport, and event. Current limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and may be updated by at44 without prior notice.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to availability and market suspension rules. at44 reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time without notice, particularly in response to data delays or significant in-game events.
• Winnings from sports bets are credited to the Player's Finance / Wallet within 30 minutes of official result confirmation. at44 relies on official event results as published by the relevant governing body (ICC, BPL, FIFA, etc.).
• Casino game results are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems operated by the game provider (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, or Ezugi). at44 does not control or influence individual game outcomes.
• Collusion, match-fixing, or any form of cheating is strictly prohibited. Suspected instances will result in immediate account suspension, full investigation, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

at44 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion.

• Bonuses are available exclusively to eligible registered Players who have completed KYC verification, unless the promotion expressly states otherwise.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as playthrough requirements). The specific wagering multiple applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion's individual terms. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met in full.
• at44 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or expire any bonus at any time. Bonuses that have not been claimed within the stated validity period will be removed from the Player's account automatically without compensation.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time per account unless the promotion explicitly permits stacking. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously in breach of this rule may result in forfeiture of all associated bonus funds.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses, using automated betting strategies to exploit bonus terms, or coordinating with other Players to fulfil wagering requirements artificially — is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of winnings.
• at44 reserves the right to amend wagering requirements or withdraw promotions with immediate effect if evidence of abuse, technical error, or promotional exploitation is identified.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the at44 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration, KYC verification, or any subsequent account review.
• Using the Platform while self-excluded or during a cooling-off period imposed by at44 or any other operator.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, collusion with other Players, or exploiting non-public information to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using software bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other form of automated betting assistance to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, circumvent, or otherwise interfere with the technical security or integrity of the at44 Platform.
• Using funds of illegal origin for deposits, or using at44 for any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal purpose.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing at44 staff, customer support agents, or other Platform users.

at44 is committed to promoting safe, enjoyable, and responsible gambling. The Platform provides a suite of player-protection tools available directly within every registered account.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase is subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration alerts that notify them when a defined time period has elapsed during a single gaming session.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days) via account settings or by contacting at44 support.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel that gambling is causing them harm may activate a full self-exclusion, which permanently closes the account and prohibits re-registration for a minimum of six months. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of being confirmed.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the at44 Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, or create derivative works from any at44 content without the prior written consent of at44.
• Game content (graphics, sound, mechanics) provided by third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of those respective providers. at44 operates those games under licence and does not claim ownership of third-party game content.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, at44 expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform and its services, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

• at44 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.
• at44 is not liable for any service interruption, technical failure, or data loss resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, third-party system failures, or acts of nature.
• at44 is not liable for losses arising from a Player's failure to secure their account credentials or failure to follow the security recommendations set out in Section 03 of these Terms.
• Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits at44's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by at44's gross negligence, where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.

at44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion. Common grounds for account action include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions or any supplementary policy published on the Platform.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, identity theft, or other criminal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by at44 support.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 21 years of age.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the Player against at44-processed payments.
• Behaviour that at44 reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform or to other Players.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, at44 will communicate the status and expected timeline to the Player via the registered contact method. Where an account is permanently closed for a proven breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited at at44's discretion after full review.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so at any time by contacting at44 support via live chat. Any verified remaining balance will be withdrawn to the Player's registered payment method following completion of outstanding KYC requirements.

at44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, at44 will endeavour to notify active Players via the registered contact method and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page and in the Table of Contents sidebar.

• Your continued use of the at44 Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms.
• If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure before the amendment's effective date.
• These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the at44 Platform, shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations and general principles of contract law. at44 operates as a safe and reliable platform serving the Bangladesh market.
• In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and any other communication, document, or representation made by at44, these Terms shall prevail.
• If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
